Paramount by The Office Space represents a bold new concept in office real estate. Set within the walls of a heritage-listed icon, its sophisticated purpose-built meeting rooms speak of your business’s success. Our concierge team is always on point, escorting guests to the meeting room and offering cucumber water and complimentary gourmet snacks during meetings.
The Boardroom
This impressive boardroom fits up to 8 people and is ideal for meetings, conference calls, presentations or screenings. It is supported by integrated AV equipment and a well-stocked drinks cabinet.
The Glass Room
The Glass Room at Paramount provides an intimate space in an exquisite curved glass cove.
The GAC Theatre
The Golden Age Bar provides a stylish and unique alternative to the office style boardroom. Available from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
The Golden Age Cinema
The Golden Age Cinema below our Paramount offices is the former Paramount Pictures screening room. It has been lovingly refurbished to offer a 56-seat active cinema that is ideal for an event or a memorable presentation. Available from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Meeting Services
To ensure your meeting is professional and productive, The Office Space team will welcome your guests into a lounge area and offer them refreshments. We provide complimentary fresh fruit, tea, coffee and filtered water (with mint, lime, orange, lemon). Barista coffee, biscuits and mini bar refreshments are provided for a nominal charge. Catering options for your important meetings can also be arranged. Our team will also prepare presentation materials for you and AV support to ensure every aspect of your meeting is seamless and professional so you can focus on your client and message.
Prices
All meeting spaces are available to free of charge to residents. External clients are welcome and can book at an hourly rate.
