In the spirit of innovation, we are breaking all the rules and stepping out of our comfort zone (literally) and into a subterranean bunker for an inspiring culinary experience at Surry Hill’s own nel. restaurant. Chef Nelly and his team create unique dishes using the season’s finest ingredients, adding a twist to produce consumers are often not familiar with. Nelly and his team want you to have fun as you interact with the chefs during your five-course luncheon, this month featuring wild caught Barramundi from QLD with saffron gel, fungi mushroom, ginger and caviar. The main course will be lamb, dry aged for 7 days, served with borlotti beans, broad beans, baby eggplant and artichoke, and for dessert, a bee pollen dessert with lavender, lemonade fruit and honey mead. Join us for an unforgettable degustation experience!
