We’ve reached out to our much-loved local icons at Great Aunty Three, who will be delivering Surry Hills finest pho, fresh from the kitchen to our offices. Chef and owner Michael Le uses old family recipes, passed down through the generations of his grandmother’s grandmother, Aunty Three herself. Choose from locally inspired dishes like the Bondi Banh Mi with soft-shell crab, or the steamed Banh Bao, a lotus-leaf bun filled with caramelised pork belly and crackling – yum!
