How to get Fighting Fit at the Office

We know that working out and working on your health and fitness regime will help you to work harder, better, stronger, faster.

We also know it can be almost impossible to find the time to prepare a nutritious meal, head outside for a brisk walk or rejuvenating jog, or squeeze in a session at the gym.

This year, we’ve decided to bring not one, but two free weekly training sessions to you so you can be fighting fit and ready to take on any challenges in your working week.

  • Fight Club (Boxing), Monday, 60 minutes

From 5.30pm in Harmony Park under the big tree for a boxing class. Gloves and pads will be provided, beginners welcome. This workout is great for those who cannot engage their legs too much but want to focus on upper body and core strength. Boxing is also an excellent way to channel hard hitting emotions and frustrations from your working day and get fit, fast.

  • Boot Camp, Wednesday, 60 minutes

From 5.30pm in Harmony Park under the big tree for an all body work out. We use body as well as free weights such as dumbells, bars, etc. If you can’t find the time for a 10km run or a few pilates classes during the week, this hour of power will ensure you’re still in fighting form.
