True innovation mirrors the arc of human endeavour and is the holy grail of business success. In a world of rapid-fire change, innovation must become a central tenet of all organisations, and at all levels. As a result, an entire innovation ecosystem has been evolved that includes accelerators and incubators, but also schools, universities, companies and institutions. This month Insight brought three innovators to the stage to discuss innovation with impact:
- Sally-Ann Williams, CEO of deep tech incubator Cicada Innovations, which won best incubator in the world (2015 & 2018);
- Ean Evans, Intelligent Automation Leader EY, who’s project with Sydney Uni won a Blue Prism award for innovation (2019);
- Paul Edwards, General Manager Workplace Experiences at Mirvac, who won most innovative property company (2019)
