Insight: The Business of Innovation

This month The Office Space harnesses the collective energy of three chief innovators and looks to understand the science, the art and the discipline of forging new pathways in the business landscape.

  • Paul Scott, CEO of 3wks and co-author of Beyond Agile, couples cutting-edge code and technology with ‘Beyond Agile’ methodology to rapidly deliver user-centric digital solutions;
  • Paige Talbot, Innovation Director at Commonwealth Bank, uses Design Thinking and Experimentation methodologies to mobilise project teams to solve key business challenges, and then put these ideas into motion;
  • Mitchell Filby, founder of First Rock Consulting, and 2017 juror for the NSW Business Chamber innovation awards, combines industry experience, strategic insights, and common sense to help companies be future-ready.
