In the spirit of innovation, we are breaking all the rules and stepping out of our comfort zone (literally) and into a subterranean bunker for an inspiring culinary experience at Surry Hill’s own nel. restaurant.

Chef Nelly and his team create unique dishes using the season’s finest ingredients, adding a twist to produce consumers are often not familiar with. Nelly and his team want you to have fun as you interact with the chefs during your five-course luncheon, this month featuring wild caught Barramundi from QLD with saffron gel, fungi mushroom, ginger and caviar. The main course will be lamb, dry aged for 7 days, served with borlotti beans, broad beans, baby eggplant and artichoke, and for dessert, a bee pollen dessert with lavender, lemonade fruit and honey mead.

When: Friday, October 6, 12:30pm at nel. Join us at 12:20pm in Reservoir and Paramount lobbies to walk over together, or meet us there at 12:30pm! 

Where: 75 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills

Special instructions: nel. asks its customer to dress “smart casual,” and honor the time reservation. We also want to honor your time away from the office, so please meet promptly at 12:20pm.

Dietary restrictions: As the 5-course menu is pre-set, please let us know if you have dietary restrictions in your RSVP so nel.’s teams can accommodate.
Cost: $55. TOS will provide a glass of wine with your lunch.
