The Office Space offers the choice of two locations in the heart of Surry Hills:

  • Reservoir by The Office Space – a highly creative office environment on Reservoir Street that supports more than 100 residents over four architecturally-designed floors
  • Paramount by The Office Space – a sophisticated business space within the prestigious Paramount House building that offers private suites for 1-5 people

Spaces can be leased by the day, the week, month-by-month or on a 6-12 month contract. Our monthly rates include virtually everything (fibre internet, office furniture and equipment, phone, utilities, cleaning, meeting space use, a dedicated business number and call answering, plus call and mail management). You need only pay for extra consumables like printing, outbound phone calls, upgraded service packages, and the mini bar snacks.

The Office Space provides a variety of environments for businesses interactions, be it an intimate consultation, internal staff think tank or formal board presentation. All our meeting spaces are available for use by in-house residents free of charge and can be booked on an hourly basis for Virtual Office and external clients.

Every space has full wi-fi connectivity, whiteboards and the latest audiovisual and conferencing equipment. Bathroom and kitchenette facilities are conveniently located on each floor and The Office Space staff can arrange catering according to your requirements.

  • Answer inbound calls in your business name and establish rapport with your regular callers

Prices start from $110 + GST per month for a Virtual Address package.

The Office Space’s Virtual Office packages provide a professional business front for workers on the road, at home or balancing full time commitments with a new personal project. There are no upfront costs or lock-in contracts so you can ensure that your business appears professional no matter where you are.
