Set on a tree-lined street, adjacent to Harmony Park, Paramount is an elegant time capsule, its interiors reminiscent of the high-end office design in 1950s New York. Enter, and you’ll sense the warmth of burnished brass fixtures and natural materials: rich wood and limestone, accents of marble and leather.

Created with the discerning business owner in mind, Paramount appeals to a global audience, often a heavenly second office for executives, or a private study for CEOs. Softly curved custom-made American Cherry wood suites (suited for 1-5 people) emulate the signature curve of Paramount House, tapering toward a vaulted three-metre ceiling. Mid-century pieces from Walter Knoll and Molteni&C are dotted through the floor, along with handcrafted furniture from Bassam Fellows, an enormous sculptural brass kitchen bar and rarified artworks in every suite and meeting space.

Paramount by The Office Space offers an array of purpose-built meeting options that speak of your business’s success. The boardroom fits up to 8 people and is ideal for meetings, conference calls, presentations or screenings. It is supported by integrated AV equipment and a well-stocked whisky cabinet. The Glass Room is a curved glass suite perfect for intimate discussions for up to 4 people. 

Our offices overlook the Paramount Coffee Project cafe and are accessed by a private staircase.  The building is fitted with block technology and can be accessed at any hour.  A rooftop health club is currently under construction and eastern offices overlook the greenery of Harmony Park.

At Paramount, residents enjoy impeccable service support from our in-house concierge team: be it dedicated call answering, diary management, presentation preparation or courier bookings. When and as you need, they’ll act as personal assistants, right down to valet services such as parking, errand running and researched recommendations for entertaining, from theatre openings to exhibitions.

Prices

Prices

Paramount suites can be leased on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, pending availability. Most offices are secured on a long-term licence agreement. Day rates are $150+GST for a single person, and $50 for additional staff. Private suites start from $2000+GST per month.
